Iowa football gets a mention on Saturday Night Live — and it has nothing to do with its offense

So, this makes two appearances for a University of Iowa athletics team this year on Saturday Night Live.
The Iowa women’s basketball team got its turn in April. The program survived.
This weekend, the Hawkeyes football team was mentioned by Weekend Update co-anchor Colin Jost in a sketch with Kenan Thompson playing Colorado football coach Deion Sanders. It doesn’t insult Iowa in any way, shape or form.
