Cedar Rapids police investigating Thursday homicide
Witnesses are asked to share information with investigators

CEDAR RAPIDS — A man is dead, and Cedar Rapids police are asking for the public’s help.
An adult male was pronounced dead just after 5 p.m. Thursday when police arrived in the 2000 block of Wiley Boulevard SW in Cedar Rapids. According to a news release from the Cedar Rapids Police Department, the death is being investigated as a homicide.
Police have not said how the man died, or whether there are any suspects. Investigators are asking witnesses to the event to report any information by calling 319-286-5491.
