Fresno, Calif.
Lavonne J. Prespare, 84, of Fresno, Calif., went to the Lord on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at her place of residency, Fresno, Calif., from a long illness with her son Ron beside her.
Survivors include her sons Robert Williams and Ron Williams, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Lavonne was born June 30, 1939, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Jack and Beth (Wilkes) Benters,
preceding her
two
brothers, Dennis and Larry Benters. Lavonne spent her childhood in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she graduated from Rosevelt High School in 1957.
She married Robert L Williams of Cedar Rapids Iowa and had three sons, Robert, David and Ronnie, and moved to California 1962. Lavonne remarried Paul V Prespare in 1970, and lived in Fresno, Calif. with her husband of 43 years, surviving her husband. The two of them were devoted Christens and gave their life to the Lord. Lavonne worked as a real estate agent and broker in Fresno County. She will be truly missed.
