Richard Roland Hatfield, 79, of Langworthy, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023.
Per his wishes, he has been cremated. No services are planned at this time.
Survivors include his wife, Patty; sons, Alex (Mary) Hatfield of Cedar Rapids and Paul (Ranvieg) Arskog of Loten, Norway; and granddaughter, Lorraine Hatfield of Cedar Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
Richard Roland Hatfield was born Nov. 6, 1943, in Manchester, Iowa, the son of Robert and Ruth (Hansel) Hatfield. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. On March 5, 1965, he married Patricia Ann Alexander in Fort Collins, Colo.
