Patricia Anne Phelps, 91, of the Hiawatha Care Center, passed away Sept. 26, 2023, following a long illness. She is survived by her sister, Mary Duncan of Cedar Rapids; son, David A. (Una) of Marion; son Dale A. (Mary) of Dubuque; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband George T. Phelps, daughter Debra J. Zenner (Joe), and brothers Tom, Bert, Bill and Don Johnson.
