New hires

Gina Schladetzky has joined Raining Rose Promos as marketing manager.

Barbara Thomas has joined the communications committee of TRAIL (Tools and Resources for Active, Independent Living) of Johnson County.

J.W. Morton & Associates has announced the following new hires: Ashley Tims, administrative assistant; Linda Hochstedler, accountant/office manager; and Bryan Woodall, creative team copywriter.

Ritu Shandilya is now an associate professor of computer and data science at Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids.

Promotions

RSM, a provider of audit, tax and consulting services in the middle market, has promoted 32 employees in its Cedar Rapids office.

Adam Vargason was promoted to senior manager; Terry Brandt to managing director; Chad Vogelgesang to director; Jen Barnes to project manager; Randy Clark to network engineer; Tricia Raper to senior talent acquisition team lead; and Addison Smith to pipeline development specialist lead.

Promoted to senior associates are Jared Bloustine, Drew Boeding, Hannah Dueker, Tom Dyer, Samantha Fritz, Matt Langel, Emily Masterson, Rebecca O'Brien, Alexis Pitzen, Ryan Tillotson, Rachael Brolin and John Nagel.
