Kevin Frank Rohwedder, 67, of Olin passed away on Monday, Aug. 21, 2023, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023, at St. John Lutheran Church in Olin. His funeral service will be held Monday, Aug. 28, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church in Olin. Burial will be at Olin Cemetery.
Kevin Frank was born on Feb. 16, 1956, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Harold and Betty (Frank) Rohwedder. On July 11, 1980, he was united in marriage to Alyce Lundgren in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Kevin lived and breathed farming, he loved to be involved in the community. He was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church, Lutheran Brotherhood, Olin Benefitted Fire District, and FOES. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing cards, spending time with friends and family, and supporting his grandkids in their sports and activities.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Alyce; father Harold; three children Nick Lnenicka of Mechanicsville, Jessica (Josh) Nicely of Oxford Junction, Devin (Rebecca) Rohwedder of Olin; three grandchildren, Jace, Dakota, Summer; one brother, Keith (Sandy) Rohwedder of Mechanicsville; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Betty.
