Grateful for assistance from gracious young man

Recently, I was walking home after six or eight stressful hours at the ER where my husband was being treated.
The heat and the stress became too much for me. I sat down on a retaining wall two blocks from my home, and discovered that I didn’t have the strength to resume my walk. A young man was coming down the sidewalk and responded to my request for assistance. He graciously helped me up and walked me home.
I don’t know his name … I believe it began with an S … I was stressed and heat-fevered. But both myself and my husband (who I soon called) are grateful for the assistance he offered to show me safely home.
