IOWA CITY — Iowa football tickets are selling fast again this year.
Four home games — Sept. 16 against Western Michigan, Sept. 30 against Michigan State, Oct. 7 against Purdue and Oct. 21 against Minnesota — are sold out, Iowa announced Thursday in a news release.
Meanwhile, a “limited number of tickets remain” for Iowa’s Sept. 2 game against Utah State. Tickets also are available for Iowa’s Nov. 11 game against Rutgers and Nov. 18 game against Illinois.
The sellout announcement was about three hours after single-game tickets went on sale to the general public. Season ticket sales were up this year, deputy athletics director Matt Henderson told The Gazette earlier this month.
The sellouts exclude a “limited number of all-inclusive hospitality packages,” according to the news release.
The high ticket demand for games at Kinnick is certainly not new. Iowa sold out all seven of its home games in 2022 about a month before the season began.
