Frederick Rottmiller, 82, of Marshalltown, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023, at the VA Central Iowa Healthcare System in Des Moines. Cremation rights have been accorded and services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 8, at First Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids, with Pastor Steven Knudson presiding.
