Lucille Grace Lusk-Howe, 85, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 26, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories in Cedar Rapids. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Robert Howe; her children, Allen Lusk, Doreen (Greg) Schultz, Arnold (Penny) Lusk, Wanda (John) Ciha, Kelly (Greg) Hundertmark, Tim (Roseanne) Howe and Sherri (James) Howe; and two sisters, Joyce and Jeanette. Also surviving are many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who Lucille adored dearly.
Preceded in death was her son, Michael Lusk; two brothers; and a sister.
Lucille was born April 25, 1938, in Dundee, Iowa, the daughter of John and Grace (Romig) Elsbury. She married Robert on May 8, 2003, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Lucille worked as a line worker at the Quaker Oats company in Cedar Rapids and retired after 23 years. She spent her life caring for her family.
