Judy was born on June 19, 1939, in Garrison, the daughter of Arthur and Opal (Parks) Wilson. Judy graduated from Garrison High School with the class of 1957. She was proud to be a cheerleader for the Garrison Girls State Basketball Championship team. On Oct. 5, 1958, she was united in marriage to James “Jim” Henkel at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Judy and Tony enjoyed traveling throughout the continental United States and also visited Alaska and Hawaii. Family was always Judy’s top priority, she dearly loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as her siblings.
