Guns are killing our children

The number one cause of death of minors in the U.S. is death by gunfire. There have been more mass shootings than days in the year so far in 2023. We need change now! Our lawmakers are serving their own political agendas and their monetary donors rather than the people who elected them. An individual cannot own military weapons such as a hand grenade, why can we own assault rifles? Our society or any individual should not need nor should they have the right to possess military weapons developed with the soul purpose of killing humans.
