Is 16-year-olds serving alcohol an acceptable risk?

It is a fact that Gov. Kim Reynolds had a personal history of problems with alcohol, and is fortunate to have abstained from alcohol for over two decades.
How then can Reynolds ignore that increasing a teenager's proximity to alcohol by relaxing Iowa's child labor laws puts that teenager at a higher risk for alcohol abuse?
Is that an acceptable risk to expose our teens to, all for the sake of giving some business owners a lighter payroll?
I think not, don't you as well?
