Sometimes candidates for re-election deserve our vote for what they have accomplished in their first or subsequent terms. In Johnson County, Janelle Rettig is such a candidate for county supervisor.
She has a balanced mastery of all Johnson County issues. She is very strong in her support of wise environmental positions, which is absolutely essential to me. And she is a great combination of compassionate for the less fortunate and wise in funds allocations. For those reasons, she has my enthusiastic vote for another term, and I hope she gets a majority from other voters as well.
