Sally Jo (Sims) Baumgartner, 80, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023. We will have a service to celebrate the life of Sally Jo, June 3, 2023. A visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and the service at 11 a.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 3634 First Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Baumgartner; daughters, Katie VanBerkum (Jamie) and Sarah Egnatic (Jeff); and grandchildren, Beau, Paige and Ava VanBerkum.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Wanda Sims; and brother, Bob Sims.
Memorials may be sent to Marengo Pool Fund or Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
