Angela "Angie" Doe 69, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Mercy Hospital Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Private family burial will be at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation service, Cedar Rapids.
Angie was born June 9, 1953, in Yankton, S.D., the daughter of John and Phyllis (Lowther) Johnson. She married Bill Doe. She loved meeting and talking to new people. She was a devoted mother to her children and so many people that she treated as her own children.
Angie is survived by children, Melissa Schmidt, Sara Meyers and Christina Bailey; sisters, Julie Johnson, Lisa (Bob) Grulkey, all of Cedar Rapids; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; four nieces; and four nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis; father, John; her sister, Barbara; and her husband, Bill.
