Justin Jay Plowman, 33, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on April 24, 2023.
A public gathering celebrating Justin’s life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 20, at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include his parents, Teresa and Dennis Plowman of Cedar Rapids; sister, Carrie (Brian) Meeks of Monticello; brother, Harley Plowman of Cedar Rapids; special niece and nephew, Sage Meeks and Tattum Plowman; also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncle, Don Plowman.
Justin was born June 8, 1989, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Teresa and Dennis Plowman. He graduated from Jefferson High School and worked as a laborer for various businesses. He also loved art and drawing and animals of all kinds.
