Hope Forristall, 84, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday afternoon, May 3, 2023, at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Monday at Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Church by Father Aaron Junge. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
Hope is survived by her sister, Margaret “Kay” Crawford of Burbank, Calif., and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Dale, who died Sept. 11, 2003; her parents, Robert and Darlene (Driscoll) Huston; and her brothers and sister, Robert, Richard and Ramona Huston.
Hope was born Nov. 25, 1938, in Cedar Rapids and was employed at the local Iowa Workforce Development office for 10 years. She was a member of Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
