New food truck — The Lickin’ — opens in Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS — As the grass greens and the weather warms, two things return with them: patio season and food trucks.
On April 15, Cedar Rapids added another food truck to its fleet: The Lickin’.
Owner Kassandra Webb, who has offered private catering over the past year, started serving her meals on wheels at the parking lot of 279 Collins Rd. NE — a former Hy-Vee location near Lindale Mall.
Webb’s menu includes fried rice, fried fish, spring rolls, tacos, quesadillas and more. A variety of vegetarian options also are available.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
