Adventureland hiring 1,000 summer employees
ALTOONA -- Adventureland is hosting two job fairs aimed at hiring more than 1,000 employees to fill jobs at the theme park this summer.
The two Saturday job fairs will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 25 in the Iowa Ballroom at Adventureland Inn and 9 .m. to 1 p.m. March 18 in the Palace Theater at Adventureland Park.
Applicants must be 16 or older.
Job openings are available for running rides, working in food and beverage locations and lifeguarding (up to $14 an hour.
Employees get free admission to the park on their days off and discounted tickets for family and friends.
