Iowa high school girls’ basketball 2023 regional pairings for all classes

The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union has released girls’ basketball regional pairings for all classes.

Regional champions advance to the state tournament Feb. 27-March 4 at Wells Fargo Arena, Des Moines.
