Robert F. Barta, 98, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW, Cedar Rapids. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, with burial to follow in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
