Using social media to inspire Iowans

Motivation can be found in many forms. It could be found in a song, in a poem, or in literature. I find motivation through inspirational artwork and uplifting others, which is why I started a small business with those objectives in mind.
Uplift Bear is a motivational lifestyle brand that aims to empower you through one-of-a-kind, inspirational artwork, products, and storytelling. In a world full of negativity, our society needs to find ways to lift each other up. My goal is to tell inspiring and true stories to make a difference and create real changes in the lives of many people. I’ve seen our company make an impact as our business continues to grow and spread positivity.
It’s important to reach Iowans with inspirational messages where they are, and that’s on social media. By opening an online storefront through Facebook Shops, I’ve generated 50 percent more revenue. This is one of the easiest ways to reach Iowans.
I encourage us all to lift each other up, whether it’s supporting a local store during the holiday shopping season, going out of your way to being kind to a stranger, or helping a friend in need. There is a lot of good in this world and I hope we can continue to show it.
