Robert Frank Fisher, 95, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, in the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha. Memorial Services are set for 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, where a visitation will begin at noon.
Bob was born in 1927, to Albert and Elsie (Gregor) Fisher. He attended Iowa School for the deaf in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was an avid basketball player in school. He later married Betty (Weber) Fisher in 1953 in Kansas City, Kan., and retired from Nissen Trampoline in Cedar Rapids. He loved to bowl and was an avid Hawkeyes and Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Survivors include his daughter, Patsy (Neal) Krumbholz; two grandchildren, Matthew Krumbholz and Amy (James) Sims; two great0grandchildren, Ebony and Trinity Sims; two brothers, Gary (Leah) Fisher and Steve (Linda) Fisher; two .sisters-in-law, Laverne Fisher and Donna Fisher; and a brother-in-law, Vincent Weber.
Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Betty; and two brothers, Charles and Dick Fisher.
