Evan Leroy Watkinson, 91, of West Branch, died peacefully at home on Nov. 23, 2022.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, at The Kirkwood Room, 515 Kirkwood Ave, Iowa City, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to West Branch Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department or Cedar County Senior Citizen’s Meal Services.
