Robert “Bob” Smelser, 74, of Iowa City, Iowa, formerly of Tiffin, Iowa, passed away peacefully Nov. 21, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa.
A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on Sunday, Dec. 11, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church (300 W Marengo Rd.) in Tiffin, Iowa, following a private family burial.
