Jo Ann (Frederick) Dietz, 82, of Tipton, entered eternity early Saturday morning, Nov. 19, 2022, while under the care of Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will follow in Shawver Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Memorials may be donated to the Friends of The Animals of Tipton or Cedar Manor Nursing Home. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com.
Jo is survived by her two daughters, Michele (Jeff) Gipson of Bennett, Iowa, and Kim Kochuyt of Marion, Iowa; three grandchildren, Juston (Ronni) Lowry-Gipson, Jesseca (Hunter) Lee and Wyatt Kochuyt; great-grandchildren, Vincent Lee and Stella Lowry-Gipson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband (Ed) on June 19, 2022; brothers, Melvin, Lyle and Rhea Alan; sister, Mary Jane Armstrong; niece, Donna Dauber; nephew, Grant “Jinks” Armstrong; and her many Labrador companions.
