Hlastradamus: If he knows Wisconsin-Iowa he knows, and of course he knows
The prophet has been on fire lately, and not the kind you want to extinguish

If you are still of little faith in Hlastradamus, you either are paying attention to the wrong voices in your head, talk radio, or Reddit.
Yet again, the seer fed you the proper information last week. He told you underdog Iowa would cover against Purdue, which it did with ease. He told you 7-point favorite Iowa State would cover against West Virginia, and it did so with ease.
The prophet doesn’t pick to pander, nor does he allow alliteration. He saw the Iowa teams as superior last Saturday, and they obviously were. Clarity is what you want, as well as brevity, but mostly you just want winners. So here they are, again:
Iowa +1.5 vs. Wisconsin
The Hawkeyes opened as 1.5-point favorites, then things were bet the opposite way. That’s because Hlastradamus waits until later in the week to prophesize, while false prophets jump the gun.
Amateurs.
Iowa’s defense is better than Wisconsin’s, and in a defense-dominated matchup, that is all you need to know.
Oklahoma State -1.5 vs. Iowa State
The Cowboys are suddenly in shambles. They’ve lost three of their last four games after a brilliant first five contests. So on Monday, Oklahoma State Coach Mike Gundy said "Everybody needs to relax. It's fine. Everything's gonna be fine."
Gundy’s gang hasn’t just been losing lately, it’s been getting wiped off the map. Which is easy to do in Oklahoma, with the twisters and dust and whatnot.
But Frankie Goes to Hollywood said the same thing as Mikey in Stillwater, and it worked for them. So relax.
Other picks:
Michigan State -10 vs. Rutgers
Penn State -10 vs. Maryland
Baylor -2.5 vs. Kansas State
