James Thomas Crawley, age 80, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. He was born on May 18, 1942 to Hugh George and Fern (Harrett) Crawley.
He graduated from Moravia High School, class of 1960. He worked at Hames Mobile Homes until his retirement in 2006. He enjoyed fishing, tinkering, building bird feeders, and loved feeding his squirrels. He was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan. He cherished his grandchildren. When they came to visit, it was a must to take them out to eat.
Survivors include son, Scott (DeAnn) Crawley of Cedar Rapids, daughter, Kris (Randy) Bianchi of Colfax; four grandchildren, Anthony Crawley, Lauren (Justin) Schneider, Nicolas Bianchi, and Angela Bianchi. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Fern Crawley, and brother, Lloyd.
A Private Family Graveside will be held in Unionville Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Online condolences may be left for the family at sinnottfuneralhome.com or the Sinnott Funeral Home Facebook page.
