Many people have said Otis never met a stranger, everyone he met was a welcomed friend. Otis was a great role model. He left a positive impact on people wherever he went. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa and friend. Otis and Judy loved to travel and see the United States by RV in their retirement. He loved to tinker and learn, if he couldn't fix it, it wasn't broken. Among many of his hobbies, he taught himself to paint in retirement.
