Randall “Randy” Wulfekuhle, 68, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022, in a farming accident near Hopkinton, Iowa. Visitation for Randy will be held Friday, Oct. 21, 2022, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home in Manchester. Additional Visitation will take place Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, from 9 to 10:15 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester with the Rev. Gabriel Anderson officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester. A livestream of the Mass may be viewed at https://blessedtrinitycluster.com/livestream-mass. Randy was born on Nov. 27, 1953, in Manchester, Iowa, the son of Leroy and Madonna (Grawe) Wulfekuhle. He graduated from West Delaware High School in 1972. Randy married Ellen Gravel on Aug. 30, 1975, in Worthington, Iowa; four children were born into this union. Randy was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester and the Greeley Commercial Club. He enjoyed spending time on the lake boating, working on woodworking and carpentry projects, and working on the farm. Randy loved spending time with his family and traveling with Ellen, attending the grandkids’ sporting events and would B.S. with everyone he knew. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Randy is survived by his wife, Ellen Wulfekuhle; children, Arron (Kelly) Wulfekuhle, Lisa Wulfekuhle, Chad (Robyn) Wulfekuhle, Todd (Samantha) Wulfekuhle; grandchildren, Lucky, Piper, Aiden, Mason, Rose, Raelyn, Cruz, Reid, Theo, Bree; siblings, Joyce (John) Hillebrand, Jean (Loras) Borgerding, Karen (Jim) Wilson, Gail (Steve) Oberreuter, Tom (Sue Fox) Wulfekuhle, Vern Wulfekuhle, Barb (Kevin) Topping, Marv (Kelly) Wulfekuhle, Mary Ann (Roger) Bries, Tina (Cecil) Hankins; mother-in-law, Lorraine Gravel; Ellen’s siblings, Bev (Charles) Rahe, Gail (Ron) Bonert, Kevin (Sandy) Gravel, Carol Hermsen, Linda Gaul, Karl (Deb) Gravel, Mary Jane Gravel (Brian Talbot), Brian (Jane) Gravel; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Madonna Wulfekuhle; father-in-law, Eldon Gravel; and son-in-law, Stephen Cook.
