Barbara “Barb” A. Tandy, 69, lifetime resident of this area, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022, at the Grace United Methodist Church in Tiffin, with burial to follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Tiffin. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to either Tiffin or Oxford First Responders.
