Roxanne Bonnie Latimer, 66, died at her home attended by her family and close friends on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022.
A memorial service with military honors will be held outdoors at the family’s home on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, at 2 p.m. It will be preceded by an hour of visiting from 1 to 2 p.m., and followed by coffee.
