Iowa State football at Texas: Predictions, How to watch
The Gazette
Nov. 17, 2018 10:00 am
The winner of Saturday's game between No. 15 Texas (7-3, 5-2) and No. 16 Iowa State (6-3, 5-2) stays in the hunt for a spot in the Big 12 championship game. The Cyclones are 2-point underdogs on the road.
Here are predictions, pregame links and TV, radio and streaming details.
Predictions
Marc Morehouse — I'd love to see Iowa State in the Big 12 title game. I love that our state has two Power 5 football teams. I'm not sure most of you see it that way. Iowa State 24, Texas 21
Mike Hlas — Iowa State hasn't won six straight conference football games in my lifetime. Of course, that's only 23 years. Texas 29, Iowa State 28
Jeff Johnson — This game is going to be a brawl. What, too soon? Iowa State 24, Texas 23
Beth Malicki — Mind you I was raised by a single mom so the fact that I'm such an inept solo parent is embarrassing. Iowa State 24, Texas 20
Ben Visser — Sometimes the bandwagon is the best way to get to the bar, which is probably where you'll have to watch this game (thanks Longhorn Network). Iowa State 31, Texas 28
Todd Brommelkamp — This may not be ISU's last trip to the state of Texas this year and that's kind of exciting. OK, if you're a Cyclones fan just stop reading right there. Texas 39, Iowa State 37
