John and Linda (Harris) Hester are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary! The couple married on Sept. 16, 1972 in North English, IA. They have four daughters, Angie, Shelly (Keith), Jody (Dave) and Kelly (Rick); 13 grandchildren, Ashley, Jonny, Kaity, Shelby (Edwin), Cole, Lane, Karley, Parker, Ryan, Audrey, Josie, Rally and Rigley; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Henry. John and Linda celebrated their anniversary with their family on a Caribbean cruise in early August and a family dinner on Sept. 16.
