Blaine Chase Mckusick of Davenport, Iowa, died on Thursday, Aug. 25 2022, at home after a long illness. Cremation rites have been accorded and the family will hold a service at a later date.
Blaine grew up in Iowa City. He worked for Hawkeye Medical throughout the Midwest. He was a passionate sports fan following the Iowa Hawkeyes, Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers and Rams. He left knowing his beloved Rams are world champions.
Blaine is survived by his mother, Charity Rowley; sister, Lucy Hershberger (Mike); and brother, Martin McKusick (Theresa).
He was preceded in death by his father, Marshall McKusick.
In lieu of flowers, Blaine would have wanted you to raise a glass and cheer for your favorite team.
