Ernst is inconsistent on DOJ’s Trump search

When the Jan. 6 hearings started, Iowa Republican Sen. Joni Ernst claimed she wasn't listening to the hearings and was going to let the Department of Justice decide what to do. The DOJ has decided to make Trump accountable in part for doing the wrong thing, by taking classified information when he departed the White House. Now she says this is unprecedented action by the DOJ and FBI. Ernst said, “The American people deserve answers, now.” The American people do deserve answers, Sen. Ernst. You said let the DOJ do their job and now you don't agree with it. She needs to decide if she's for the American people or the GOP.
