Micky’s Irish Pub plans North Liberty location

NORTH LIBERTY — Micky’s Irish Pub & Grill, a staple in downtown Iowa City, is planning a second location.
On Aug. 2, the pub announced on social media its plans to open at 720 Pacha Parkway, Unit 8, in North Liberty. Hiring is underway for full-time and part-time employees to staff the new site.
That location in the strip mall was home to Rocky O’Brien’s Public House, which closed June 26.
