Roe was established law?
Jul. 24, 2022 7:00 am
In CNN's e-newsletter "Meanwhile in America" July 20, it states Roe v. Wade was established law. According to the Congress of the United States and the Supreme Court, slavery was established law in the United States until it was declared to be unconstitutional. Is there anyone out there who agrees that the Supreme Court should not have found slavery to be unconstitutional? Sometimes it is right for the Supreme Court to change its mind.
