“This home was built in 1912. A flash flood destroyed the roof and chiefly the entire foundation. There was no electrical wiring, plumbing, furnace, HVAC, windows, doors, insulation, drywall, floors or appliances. It was gutted within and exposed to the elements. Purchasing this home seemed to be the most realistic option in taking initiative to provide for my babies.”
