Sarah Jane “Sally” Tripp, 83, loving mother, wife, and sister, passed peacefully on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha. Sarah was born on Nov. 11, 1938, the daughter of Dale and Anna Poplett in Illinois.
She is missed by her earth family, which includes her husband, Lloyd Tripp; a sister, Beverly Farley; a son, Gerald (Sherri) Tripp; daughter, Christine (Scott) Silveira; daughter, Nancy (Steve) Williams; and daughter, Polly (Ivan) Joseph. She also left behind the following grandchildren, Emily (Neal) Sheldon, Stuart (Melissa) Williams, Briana (Alex) Cash, Claude Silveira, Joseph Silveira, Courtney (Max) Tripp-Stuck, Grace Joseph, Claire Joseph and Cy Joseph; and great-grandchildren, Hani, Ellie, Shay, Owen, Clark and Joel.
Her spirit has been joyfully welcomed by her savior, Jesus, as well as a daughter, Lauryce; her parents; a brother, Tom; and sister, Mary.
