Kathryn Margaret “Kathy” Duncan, 82, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 4, 2022, at the Virginia Gay Annex, with her family by her side.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Vinton with the Rev. Brian Channel officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., in Vinton. Private family interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Red Oak, Iowa, on Saturday. A memorial fund has been established.
