Tara Leigh Randall Willard, of Center Point, passed away Friday June 17, 2022, surrounded by her family at Hospice of Mercy in Hiawatha. Celebration of Tara’s life will be held at Pinicon Ridge in Central City, Saturday, July 16. A kayak float has been planned to start at 10 a.m. with lunch to follow at the campground pavilion at
2 p.m.
