Harlen Westerholm, 89, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away at home Saturday, June 11, 2022. A memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
Survivors include his daughter, Julie Gordon of Denver, Colo.; son, David of Cedar Rapids; and granddaughter, Kirsten
Guffey of Dallas, Texas.
He was preceded in
death by his wife, Doris.
Harlen was born Nov. 10, 1932, in Allamakee County, Iowa, to Harry Westerholm and Abbie Westerholm (nee Miller). He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951-55. He met and later married Doris in 1957.
Harlen liked to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and watching western movies.
