Thomas D. Schumacher, 78, died peacefully on June 15, 2022, at Country House Residence after a long illness with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
Funeral services will be held at
10:30 a.m. Monday, June 20, at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids, with Pastor Rich Balvanz officiating. Interment will be at St. Stephens Lutheran Cemetery near Atkins, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Father’s Day Sunday, June 19, at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids.
