Robert L. “Buzz” Wenger, 72, died Wednesday, June 1, 2022, in Garrison following a battle with cancer.
A celebration of Buzz’s life will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at Pleasant Creek, East Pavilion near Palo.
Buzz was born on Nov. 19, 1949, to Charles and Evelyn (Appleby) Wenger in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Buzz worked as an auto mechanic, until his retirement.
He is survived by his children, David Hernandez and Jane Snell; four grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters.
Buzz was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Robbie Wenger.
