David L. Johnson, 76, of North Liberty, died Monday, June 6, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family following a year long struggle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 9, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Iowa City, with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City where military honors will be provided. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his memory to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Maple Grove Cemetery in Cantril, Iowa, or The Solon American Legion.
