Allen Verne Haworth passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at his home in Williamsburg, at the age of 82 years.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; son, Bradley (Marsha) Haworth of Williamsburg; four granddaughters, Abby Timm-Haworth and Brittney Haworth, both of Cedar Rapids, Nicole Allar of Coralville and Bobbi Allar of Marengo; great-granddaughter, Anastasia Haworth; and sister, Judith Wit of East Hampton Long Island, N.Y.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Burial will be at 1 p.m., Friday, June 10, at Cedar Memorial Cemetery in Cedar Rapids. A visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
