Bennett is voice of the voiceless

All would agree this has been a memorable year for the Iowa Legislature. Some are happy with what's transpired; some are not.
While I found the legislative year to be frustrating because of too much time wasted on pet projects of Republican legislators and our Republican governor, I took solace knowing the voice of my state representative, Liz Bennett, was loud and strong.
For that, I am thankful.
Liz Bennett stands for what is right. Liz Bennett is the voice of the voiceless. Liz Bennett understands the job of a state legislator — to represent her constituents, not special interests.
If you live in Senate District 39, I hope you'll join me on June 7 to cast your vote for Liz. You will be well-represented in the Iowa Senate.
